Shopify Store Development – My Contribution

For this project, I handled the complete setup and customisation of the client’s Shopify store, ensuring it was professionally built, easy to manage, and aligned with their brand vision.

Theme & Branding
Developed a clean, modern, and fully responsive Shopify theme. Customised the layout, colours, typography, and sections to match the client’s logo, brand identity, and product categories.

Essential Pages
Created all core pages, including Home, About, Contact, FAQ, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a smooth user experience.

Payments & Shipping
Configured Shopify Payments, shipping profiles, taxes, and checkout settings to ensure a seamless purchasing process.

Products & Variations
Imported and organised products with all required variations (sizes, colours, styles). Cleaned and refined product images and descriptions. Optimised titles, content, and SEO meta fields, and added intuitive filters for easy navigation.

Customer Engagement Tools
Set up Shopify Email, live chat, and order-tracking features to improve customer communication and post-purchase experience.

Training & Support
Provided guidance on managing products, orders, customers, and marketing tools within Shopify. Ensured the client felt confident and supported throughout the process.

This project showcases my ability to build a polished, conversion-focused Shopify store while offering end-to-end support and customisation.
