My Role & Contributions

As the lead developer for Estherozy (estherozy.com.au), I delivered a complete WordPress build along with Fresha booking setup, ensuring the business had a professional online presence and a seamless appointment-booking experience.

What I Delivered:

  • WordPress Setup & Configuration: Installed and configured WordPress, set up essential plugins, optimised settings, and prepared the site structure according to the business requirements.

  • Theme Customisation & Branding: Customised a responsive theme to match Estherozy’s brand identity. Updated fonts, colours, layouts, and sections to create a clean, modern design across the entire website.

  • Page Creation & Layout: Built all key pages, including Home, About, Contact, Services, FAQ, Policies, and more. Designed each page for easy navigation and a smooth customer journey.

  • WooCommerce & Store Preparation (if required): Configured WooCommerce settings, products structure, and prepared the site for future e-commerce expansion.

  • Fresha Setup & Integration:

    • Created and configured the Fresha business account

    • Added all services with detailed descriptions, prices, and durations

    • Set up product variations (e.g., size, type, or option-based pricing where applicable)

    • Linked Fresha booking widgets into the website for seamless scheduling

    • Ensured smooth navigation from website to Fresha booking pages

  • Products & Variations (Website + Fresha): Organised services/products, cleaned up descriptions, uploaded images, and ensured variations (if applicable) were correctly structured for accurate booking and customer selection.

  • Security & Error Fixes: Implemented security enhancements, fixed bugs, removed unnecessary pages like the default blog (as requested), and optimised the backend for stability and speed.

  • SEO & Performance: Improved metadata, page structure, and speed optimisation for better search visibility and mobile responsiveness.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Performed cross-device and cross-browser testing, resolving layout and technical issues before launch.

  • Training & Support: Guided the client on managing WordPress, Fresha services, and updates. Provided after-hours communication support to fit their schedule.
